Following the audit, the FSU organised a general assembly on Poush 23 (December 7). However, during the presentation of the audit report, some confusions arose regarding specific headings, especially concerning asset details and the "Peski Pharchhaut" section, which led to the suspension of the meeting.

The second phase of the general assembly was held on Poush 25 (December 9). During this session, all aspects of the audit report were clarified. Despite this, some student leaders raised concerns about the report and also requested to show the FSU's bank statement. The current president of the FSU, Yubaraj Rai, rejected the request, citing the institution's confidentiality policy and mentioned that if the bank statement was necessary, the student leaders would have to present an official letter from the relevant authorities.

Audit Process: According to the amendment of the Tribhuvan University Organisation and Educational Administration Rules (2050) and its clause 83, decision-making by the majority of the executive committee is considered valid for the general assembly or executive committee decisions. Under the same rules, while there is no requirement for general assembly approval of the audit report, clause 82, Sub-clause 347, Point 4 allows the general assembly to provide necessary advice and guidance to the executive committee on the union's policies and programs.
